FluidForms provides a form embedding service that allows users to design and integrate forms within their Canva projects. By using FluidForms, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.
• You are responsible for all content you create and the accuracy of data you input.
• We do not guarantee the availability or performance of the service, although we strive to maintain a reliable service.
• Logo Requirement: Users of the free plan must display the FluidForms logo on all embedded forms. Altering, hiding, or removing the logo is strictly prohibited.
• Users wishing to remove the FluidForms logo can upgrade to the pro plan, which includes additional features and the ability to remove branding.
• By using FluidForms, you agree to comply with these terms. Non-compliance may lead to account suspension or termination.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tritech Labs Limited and its licensors.
